Merjaan Jeweller's creates jewellery built to last. If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing issue, we'll make it right.
Here's what our warranty covers.
WHAT'S COVERED
1-Year Warranty from your purchase date.
Manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal wear are fully covered.
This includes:

Defects in gemstones and metals

Issues with settings and soldering
-
Any craftsmanship flaws that appear during regular use
If your piece qualifies, Merjaan Jeweller's will repair or replace it at no cost.
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Some things fall outside warranty protection:

Damage from accidents, neglect, or misuse

Normal wear and tear (scratches, tarnishing, everyday aging)

Repairs or alterations done by anyone other than Merjaan Jeweller's
Third-party modifications automatically void the warranty.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
