RETURN POLICY
DOMESTIC RETURNS (PAKISTAN)
7-day return window from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions:

Item must be unworn and in original condition

All tags must be intact

Original packaging must be included
Important: If tags are removed, a 30% deduction will apply to your refund. With tags intact, you'll receive a full refund.
How to Return:

Contact Merjaan Jeweller's customer service within 14 days to request return authorization

Ship the item back using a traceable method

Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
7-day return window from delivery date.
Same process as domestic returns. Contact customer service for authorization and follow the provided instructions.
Shipping Note: Use a reliable service with tracking and insurance. Merjaan Jeweller's is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
EXCHANGES
Merjaan Jeweller's offers exchanges for items of equal or lesser value within the same return period.
How to Exchange:

Contact customer service to request exchange authorization

Specify the new item you'd like to receive

Return the original item following return instructions

Once approved, Merjaan Jeweller's ships the new item promptly
Price Differences: If there's a difference between items, Merjaan Jeweller's will either refund the difference or request payment for any additional amount.
WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED?
Customized, engraved, or altered jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless there's a manufacturer defect.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Processing Time: 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
PACKAGING YOUR RETURN
Items must be returned with all original packaging in the original condition.
Proper packaging protects your jewellery during transit and ensures a smooth return process.
