* We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
* Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or resized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.
* If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item is delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos or videos.
* Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item where applicable.
* Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging.
* Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement or repair is not possible, subject to our review.
